ALL APPLICATIONS ARE VIA EVENT OWL ONLY which requires a card payment. You will not be charged if you are declined.
This event is primarily for Ribble Valley and Lancashire artisan food and drink producers. Guests may be accepted, particularly if they are award winning specialists or produce goods that none of our other exhibitors are selling.
Producer Stalls are those selling produce made by themselves and not others, to take home (i.e. cakes, wine, cheese, jams etc) i.e. not for consumption at the event.
Street Foods are those hot/cold foods sold for immediate consumption at the event - pizzas, hog roasts, curries, ice cream etc. Proof of local supplier purchases may be asked for large catering vans not required.
Onsite alcohol sales pitches are limited due to the proximity of our pubs, wine bars and cafes.
Do flag up on the application form any concerns you have about sun positions e.g. if you have a chocolate stand and need to be facing away from the sun for the majority of the day.
ALL vehicles/towing vehicles will be parked away, but in close proximity, from stands. Each stand booked = 1 vehicle pass.
TEN's APPLICATION LINK - only for accepted alcohol traders use.
The 50% deposit scheme has now ended. The Balance due date for those who opted to use the scheme is 29th June 2026. A reminder will be sent to days prior to this date.
