2020 will be the 7th year of the Fleet Food Festival, a well-established artisan food festival celebrating the very best food and drink in Fleet, North East Hampshire. The event is a 2 day event being held on 20-21 June 2020.

With high quality stallholders, food and drink demonstrations and tastings from across the South of the country, this prestigious event has previously attracted over 14,000 visitors: families, food and drink lovers from Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. 

The event is organised by the Fleet Business Improvement District committee. They took over the event in 2018 and ran a successful 2 day festival which incorporated cookery demonstrations, taster talks, a children's entertainment area, over 60 food and drink exhibitors and live music. 

New for 2020:

We are looking for the following exhibitors for the lower levels of The Views:

  • Wellbeing
  • Product (food and craft)
  • 1 refreshment provider

This year the lower level of The Views (event space) will be opened up for an artisan market section, and the upper level of The Views to children's entertainment, cookery demonstrations, music and street food with a limited number of spaces for artisan producers. We are also allowing exhibitors to book either one day or both days in the lower level of The Views.  

Fleet is the main town in the district of Hart, which has repeatedly been voted the best place to live in the country. An affluent town renowned for its independent retailers and restaurant offering, it is surrounded by countryside as well as having great access from the M3 motorway and main London Waterloo train line.

Opening Times:

Lower Level - The Views (Artisan Market area)

Saturday 20th June 10am - 5pm;  Sunday 21st June 10am - 5pm

Upper Level - The Views (Cookery Demo's, Music, Kids Entertainment, Catering and small selection of artisan producers)

Saturday 20th June 10am - 8pm;  Sunday 21st June 10am - 5pm

The categories of exhibitors for all areas are:

  • Food products (pre-prepared non-catering) and all other products which may be food related e.g. pots & pans, serving dishes, tea-towels etc
  • Artisan stalls including but not limited to crafts, skincare, beauty, fashion, homeware and gifts
  • Catering & Alcohol (Please note that no polystyrene packaging is allowed on site)  

Other items to note for Catering and Alcohol providers:

  • If you are providing your own trailer the maximum size if you are wanting one pitch is a 5m length. Should your trailer exceed this, two pitches need to be booked.  
  • If you are an alcohol provider - You will need to apply for a TENS from the local council.

For all exhibitors, we will only be able to accept bookings for the 2 days. 

Deposit scheme - please ensure you click on the deposit button on the payment screen at checkout, to only pay 50% now and the balance on 16th May 2020.

We provide overnight security during the event (Friday - Sunday).  Whilst we do everything we can to minimise any loss or damage to all the site, the exhibitor still remains responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction of any exhibit, goods, property or equipment during the set-up and event days.  Please note that all marquees need to be cleared by Sunday evening.

The Fleet Business Improvement District, Food Festivals Ltd view this festival as a long term project and will be investing in it year on year so that it becomes an event that attracts both ‘foodies’ and family visitors alike. With the high quality of food on offer, we hope to attract exhibitors of such calibre so that the event becomes a showcase of Hampshire's finest.

A small entry fee is charged of £2 for adults and under 16's are free.  The cookery demonstrations, exhibitor talks, live music and roaming entertainment will be provided free of charge within the grounds of the festival.
