What will be our 14th year of trading we are best suited to large and medium sized events including VIP work and food festivals. We use a smart black 6x3 metre branded gazebo, staff wear matching black polo shirts. Food disposables used are biodegradable. 2020 Barbecue Menu Juicy New Forest 5oz burgers available with fried onion and cheese: Tender Lamb and Feta cheese burgers Angus Beef burgers served in a five-inch floured bap Dorset Jumbo sausages made to our own recipe all served inside in a locally baked crusty French stick: Hickory Dickory- Hickory Smoked and Honey Pork sausage Wellington- Traditional jumbo Pork sausage, lightly seasoned Hunter- Venison and red wine sausage The attractive presentation of our tables is very popular with customers and enhances the food experience that we bring to any show that we do. For example, we will have a full display of Camberley baked French sticks (not thaw and serve) for our sausages, a selection of Hampshire grown red French, Italian style lettuces personally chosen by myself from (Country Fare, Bournemouth) and fruited coleslaw attractively on display to go with the burgers. Excellent choices of quality sauces (not squeezy bottle) are available to go with all the foods for example our popular garlic mayonnaise or spicy apple chutney. Some of the shows we have previously attended are the Bournemouth Air Festival, Foodies Food Festivals, Royal Norfolk Show, Lincolnshire Show (VIP) and were especially chosen for the VIP enclosure for several years at the V Festival (Weston Park). At all the events we attend we have many compliments about our high-quality food from the public, fellow traders and event staff. We hold £5 million liability insurance, current food hygiene certificate with merit and higher grade 3 supervisory certificate. Our premises have been inspected by environmental health and have been awarded grade 5 for food hygiene and practices our fifth successive award. We are filmed and photographed constantly at events we attend. I look forward to hearing from you regarding my application.
