Details of products sold: JOHN THE GREEK STREETFOOD MENU Souvlaki Chicken- Handmade tender pieces of Chicken Fillet skewered and cooked on a gas grill. They are then marinated in Greek Mountain Tea, Sage&Honey served on a large Greek Pitta Bread on a bed of Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes and a dollop of home-made Tzatziki Sauce (Full Fat Greek Yoghurt, Garlic, Dill, Cucumber, Extra Virgin Olive Oil). We then season with Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Parsley, a twist of Lemon, Chilli Flakes and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Souvlaki Mpifteki–Using an old familyrecipe comprising of freshly minced Beef and Lamb, Egg, Parsley, Homemade Bread Crumbs, Mythos Beer, Cumin and Seasoning. These “Greek-Style Burgers” are handmade, cooked on our grill and served on our delicious Pitta Bread with generous portions of chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots and our homemade Tzatziki Sauce. Souvlaki Vegetarian - Substituting the meat fillings for Peppers and Deep Fried Haloumi Cheese. *This wrap is just as delicious and as filling as our meat options*. For our customers who cannot help themselves and against our better judgment, we also add some Chips in our Souvlaki and also offer them as a portion with a dollop of our homemade Tzatziki Sauce and seasoning.
