Apply for this event
The food hall is hosted in a large framed marquee, flooring is optional, one table included per 3m x 3m.
All pitches will be on grass and will be assessed on location based on size and type. We do suggest hiring our flooring and keeping all products in watertight boxes, preferably off the floor. Our site is well drained.
Priority for the hall will be given to artisan producers, local to the area who make their own products, or who breed, rear or grow their own livestock and produce goods associated with this. Outside area specialists of award winning quality are welcome to apply. You need to make clear exactly what it is you wish to sell on your application so we can avoid over duplication.
