Selected artisan food producers and specialist drink stall holders, will be hosted within the Parish Centre, with street food vendors outside for refreshments on the day.

£1 per person to visit the fair.

Marketing will include; social media and printed advertising campaign, radio shout outs, local tourism promotion, local papers, all traders will be expected to help promote the event to their own customers, followers etc.

    Event day set up
    You can park in the car park for unloading but you will be asked to move the car off the car park to allow for customers to park.

    Residential streets around but please park considerately.
  • 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
    Trading hours
    No trader can dismantle their stand before 4.00pm, until the public have left.

All tables will be set up on the outside walls of the hall and centrally.  Please do not ask for specific tables as the organiser reserves the right to position.

Trader parking provided a short walk from the hall.

Those selling multiple product types, you need to specify exactly what one specific product you'd like to bring. Our aim is to make each table offer quite different to the others. Traders bringing items not listed that conflict with another trader will be asked to remove it from sale.

There is wifi available for hand held card devices.

No charities required.

Street foods and concession to be self sufficient for power and water.

A TEN for alcohol OFF sales is required, sales by the glass are covered by the venue's licence.

Free teas and coffees are available throughout the day for traders.

Exhibitors must provide their own table cloth. 

As this is a fundraising event the pitch fees (less the admin charge) and the entrance price & raffle ticket sales will 100% go to Rosemere Charity. Those selling by the glass or streetfood are required to make a 20% donation from overall sales.

We would love all stall holders to donate a raffle prize please we will collect these on the day.

Ensure you state on the application what the electric is for. All electrical equipment and extensions must be accompanied by a PAT test cert.
Own extension leads must be provided.
Producer pitch - outdoors
3m x 3m pitch only. No gazebo, power or table provided.
