Refunding a trader

Occasionally as an Event Organiser you will need to refund one of your Traders. Clicking the Withdraw link on the Exhibitor listings page does not refund the Trader automatically via Event Owl. 

However, the proceess is very simple. Log into your Stripe account and follow the instructions on the page link here in a new window

The refunded amount will NOT show on either of yours or your Traders financial information unless you have requested us to link to the API's from your Stripe account, a one off fee will be charged to set this up.
