Details of products sold: We are a family run nigerian street company (Afro) - Our most popular dish is jollof rice, which is served with jerk chicken, beef stew or vegetables. Our menu is quite diverse , we have vegetarian and vegan options , as well as gluten free choices. We source locally to encourage a more sustainable process in our production, we also use a set menu on days to reduce food waste. We use no plastic or polystyrene in our packaging as we doing our best to help the environment and community. We found out about Holmfirth food and drink festival following research on the best food events in Yorkshire , and we felt this would be a great opportunity for us to showcase our food to the people of Yorkshire and it’s neighbouring cities and towns.
