Aspen Cooling Osberton International Horse Trials and Driving Trials - 5 days of equine competition, encompassing International level horse trials, Pony Club competitions and a national driving competition. 

Open to the general public

Historically, this event has attracted 40-50 traders offering a wide variety of goods.  Over 2000 people staying on site with an additional 5000 spectators, and a great end of season party!

We welcome local and national brands to showcase their goods at Aspen Cooling Osberton International Horse Trials. With everything from homeware, to clothing, to furniture and more on offer, everyone can pick up a treat at Osberton! 

We always have a wide variety of food and drink on offer across the event site, including our vast food outlets and local shops. In addition to this, both the Bistro and the British Polo Gin bar are open in evenings and available to book. Everyone can enjoy delicious choice of food, soft drinks, bar snacks and a full stocked bar as you toast to a fantastic day of trading with us.

No Trade Stands are permitted to sell alcohol for on-site consumption.  

All food traders must complete the Health and Safety questionnaire attached below and scan it with the other required documents on the application form. Failure to do so will mean the application cannot be approved.

Please note that payment cards will be validated at the time of booking; however, payment will not be taken until your application is approved.

Type in the number of meters frontage (width of stand) you require in the box, minimum width is 4m. This must include all ropes, fixtures, tow bars, projections and any caravans behind stands.
All stands in this package have an 8m depth as standard.

Food traders are required to pay 20% commission on gross takings throughout the 3 days. For this purpose, food traders are required to use an electronic payment terminal to record all sales and reports to be provided to event organiser at conclusion of event. BEDE Events will then issue and invoice payable within 5 days post event. (please see t's and c's)
