Details of products sold: My main products is falafel which is known for its unique flavor. We have this falafel recipe in our family for generations. Falafel is based off chickpeas. After soaked over 24 hours it’s gets mixed with herbs .. until it’s get like Paste . Once paste is done . It’s serve as a fried in shape of ball. And then comes with lettuce, red cabbage, turnip and selection of salad . Also I do make Quinoa salad And taboula . And all the sauce I do it’s home made.
