Important Information
-
Pitches are available for food producers and street food sellers. Street food is classed as any food or drink that is sold with the intention of being consumed immediately.
-
Exhibitors approved, wishing to sell alcohol must apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from Ribble Valley Borough Council no less than 10 working days before the event.
-
All pitches are on hard standing. Wheeled catering trailers may not be suitable due to the nature of the sloping roads but we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
-
Access to electricity can be made available, at cost, in the Bull Ring and Food Court Areas ONLY.
-
Priority is given to food and drink producers from Ribble Valley and Lancashire; however exhibitors from further afield may be considered where the product on offer is not produced locally and/or where the business/product has won recent food awards. Please provide full details of your products and your awards (2022 onwards) in your application.
-
No single use plastics will be permitted and all street food must be served in compostable containers with wooden utensils.
-
Selected previous traders will be given priority, notified swiftly with a payment taken at this time.
-
New traders will be able to apply from 1st March; you will receive a confirmation via Event Owl no later than Friday 27th June due to our needing to guard against over-duplication.
-

If there are issues with your card transaction Event Owl will send you an email, you should then check with your bank immediately and rectify the issue. Apply for this event
Exhibit
ALL APPLICATIONS ARE VIA EVENT OWL ONLY which requires a card payment. You will not be charged if you are declined.
This event is primarily for Lancashire artisan food and drink producers. Exhibiting Lancashire businesses must be located within the Lancashire County Council boundary. Guests will be accepted, particularly if they are award winning specialists, all guests must produce goods that none of our listed exhibitors are selling.
Producer Stalls are those selling produce made by themselves and not others, to take home (i.e. cakes, wine, cheese, jams etc) i.e. not for consumption at the event.
Street Foods are those hot/cold foods sold for immediate consumption at the event - pizzas, hog roasts, curries, ice cream etc. Proof of local supplier purchases may be asked for. Large catering vans not required.
Onsite alcohol sales pitches are limited due to the proximity of our pubs, wine bars and cafes.
All producers are rotated each year so everyone has the opportunity of a 'good pitch'. However DO flag up on the application form any concerns you have about sun positions e.g. if you have a chocolate stand and need to be facing away from the sun for the majority of the day.
ALL vehicles/towing vehicles will be parked away, but in close proximity, from stands. Each stand booked = 1 vehicle pass.
TEN's APPLICATION LINK - only for accepted alcohol traders use.
A 50% deposit scheme is available, for those approved, between 8th February and 21st April. Please click on the relevant option at 'check out'. The Balance due is 29th June 2025. If you forget to apply the discount, then give your card details and are subsequently approved, full payment will be taken. We will not amend this transaction.
