Details of products sold: Hi I’m Dan from Dan’s Pies I started making pies during Covid lockdown when our family pub (wolds inn at Huggate) was closed to help provide our customers with our most popular dish for the last 30 years, The business went from strength to strength and I decided to make it more a permanent career and ventured in to doing markets and events and supplying more people with my award winning artisan pies, In 2024 i won Silver Pie Awards for my Chicken & Leek pie and won Bronze Pie award for Steak & Wetherby Brew Ale at this years British pie awards, also Won 'Best Ready to eat product' at the deliciously yorkshire taste awards, 2025 awards include British pie awards Steak Silver award, Chicken & Chestnut Mushroom Silver award, Cheese and Onion Gold Award.
