I’m gerrard the founder of derby house catering.. now in our 4 th year of trading and enjoying it more and more each year Our options for trading as follows Show trailer which has interchangeable menus for different food offerings from a full on show menu to being just Mexican From the off set we have always used locally farmed produce to where we are from .. keeping the foods identity.. we have recognised the importance of veggie and vegan dietary requirements and have include some dishes into the menu Gazebo setup housing our naughty crepe, hot chocolate & shake bar... this has been a real success after trialing and tweaking it for the last 2 years... it’s found a real spot on the food festival scene..
