FeastyFest 2025
About event
We support independent food & drink producers
To us, food is more than nourishment.
It’s about family.
It’s about friends.
And when we share and celebrate food together, it’s about community.
This is why FeastyFest started and it’s the reason we’ve grown to be the biggest one day food festival in Surrey today.
FeastyFest started in 2018 as a way to entice local families to come out and enjoy the food of local, small food producers. But we didn’t just want to supply food. Our ambition was to spread our love and appreciation for food by offering engaging and enjoyable ways to learn food, understand where it comes from, and inspire children to try new things.
We created a full 2 day festival-style experience with music and activities – and the local community just loved it. So much so, that attendance at the event has more than tripled in a few years.
Enjoy outstanding food and thirst quenching locally brewed drinks.
Get some retail therapy in our Farmer’s Market, craft and wellbeing stalls.
Work up an appetite in our active Kidzone and at our specialist talks and tastings.

Exhibit
(If you wish to trade in one of our marquees or have a pitch in the market area, please email contact@ibentoevents.co.uk.) FeastyFest has teamed up with Ibento Events to put on a market like no other. This free-to-enter area will create the first hybrid event. Those wishing to peruse the stalls can do so at no cost, increasing the footfall dramatically for our traders.
ALL PITCHES BELOW ARE TO TRADE IN THE MAIN ARENA ONLY
FeastyFest 2025 is a fully licensed event, meaning you do not require a TEN's if you sell alcohol.
The application closing date is September 2025. After this date, no applications will be accepted.
Bars (Applications are now closed)
We work on a commission basis with all bars, so please contact info@feastyfest.co.uk as spaces are very limited.
Grub Hub / Street Food
The Grub Hub is the site's street food area. If you are going to trade in this area (regardless of your offerings), you are required to pay a hot food pitch price.
Coffee/Hot Drinks & Ice Cream
Please see the specific price for coffee; however, if you are selling coffee or hot drinks and any type of hot food/pastries, you will be required to pay a Street Food price (your pitch may not be in the Grub Hub, and you will have to pay more on the day).
Produce / Wine / Beer / Cider / Spirits
Produce includes cheese, chutneys, cakes, bread, olives, cold meats, and similar products. Selling spirits, wines, beers, ciders, etc, by the bottle is also considered produce; however, you cannot sell open bottles or drinks by the glass. If you are caught doing this, you will be asked to stop trading.
Craft
Our craft pitches are all outside, meaning you must supply your own table chairs and gazebo.
Note: Due to the large number of traders applying, we will not refund traders who later have to pull out. This is covered in our terms and conditions.
