Details of products sold: ISTANBUL GRILL established in May 2017 as Mediterranean Street Food Catering services. Since then we have been successfully attending different type of events . We cater at any food festivals, Music Festival, Carnival, Christmas Market, Light Switches On, shows, events, outdoor markets, private Party and farmer markets. We are specialise in authentic Mediterranean Street food, Charcoal BBQ, marinated skewer kabab, (chicken and Lamb Wrap in a hand crafted Lebanese Flat Bread), palau rice, spicy curries (chicken and Lamb with chef’s special herbs), hand crafted Samosa (meat and veg option), noodle with mixed veg, Turkish delight, marinated olives, hand crafted baklava and soft drinks. We use local butchers and fresh ingredients to marinate the meat 10 hours before any event , on event day we do the best Mediterranean BBQ on a charcoal grill. Also we use compostable food packaging and wooden cutlery. I have got my own 6m x 3m gazebo, table and cooking appliances.
