Details of products sold: Set in beautiful countryside in the picturesque village of Chipping, Leagram Organic Dairy produces award-winning cheese. Products range from native Lancashire - creamy, crumbly and tasty- to a mild cheddar, a buttery Double Gloucester, a smooth Red Leicester and finally a creamy, unique sheep's cheese, using local sheep's milk from a nearby farm. All county varieties are produced under organic standards to the highest quality but are still made in the traditional way - by hand and all of them are waxed.
