Details of products sold: My dishes are inspired by the continent of Africa with the help of the many vibrant colours, flavours and ingredients. Not specific to any particular region my food pays homage to continent I represent. I cater for gluten free, vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike and always endeavour to tailor a menu to the demographic served.
