Details of products sold: We are a Airstream style food truck showcasing fresh local produce cooked to order with a varied menu. We serve dishes that you would not expect to see on a traditional food truck. We marinade our steak for 24 hours and cook this sous vide before finishing on the griddle for customers, We also only serve hand cut (by ourselves) twice cooked chips that can be finished in either beef dripping or vegetable oil Dishes we sell include: Steak Sandwich, Carne Asada fries, Crab Fries, Poutine, A whole onion blossom and beingets. We can cater to different dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on absolutely everything on our truck being home made.
