New York'shire Pizza Co is a mobile wood-fired pizza service providing awesome, delicious pizzas for wedding receptions, birthday parties, large public gatherings, corporate events and food/music festivals. Established in Aug 2020. Owner, Winston has a rich 40+ years history in music as a DJ producer and this is reflected by the inclusive social vibe we bring. We have a very well selected playlist to choose from, when and if we play music with our setup. This stimulates a very chilled atmosphere at any event. You eat, with beats as we play the music we feel fits the experience. We are Made in Sheffield, South Yorkshire but provide service all across England. As standard we offer gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, vegetarian and halal options. The naming convention of our menu, gives a respectful nod to Yorkshire slang expressions, which we feel adds a layer of humour to what we do. Pizzas are 14" with thin crispy base and fresh flavoursome toppings, so that you will never feel stuffed or bloated. They are cooked to perfection in our large UK made oven. Each pizza is flash fired in only 90 seconds at 450°C and the oven can take 4-5 pizzas at a time. Meaning we can turn over large quantities, super-fast. Our Stall setup is an all-weather 3m x 3m gazebo, in front of a trailer mounted large pizza oven. We focus on customer inclusion, conversation and connection. Food is more than a full belly!
