Nom Bakes

Details of products sold: My name is Jordan and I am the owner of NOM Bakes. A bakery specialising in Brownies and Blondies, but I also make cookies, cakes cheesecakes and other tray bakes. I have always loved to bake and have been doing it professionally now for 5 years. I opened a sandwich shop in 2019 and the bakes I made were really popular so I set up NOM bakes. I closed the sandwich shop in 2024 to focus solely on the bakes. We now sell online and via seasonal markets/events. For events, I have a selection of anything between 30-40 different bakes and always receive amazing feedback/­comments about the selection and the bakes themselves.
