Please note that we are required to examine a number of items as part of our license agreement for Enfield Council, such as:

• Stall risk assessments and public and employee liability insurance, including product insurance where applicable. All insurance must be in date before the event. ALL stall holders must check and upload their documents when applying.
• Food handling certificates, Gas/Electrical Certificates, Trailer Certificates, FSA Ratings etc.
• While the festival has an overall alcohol licence, the specific vendor selling the alcohol must have a Personal Licence holder present on-site at all times to authorise sales, and they must adhere to all conditions of the main premises licence (e.g., age verification procedures)
• Any products to be applied to the skin need product safety and training certificates uploading.
• Any birds/animals brought to the event as part of an interest stall must demonstrate welfare and hygiene practices within their application. Ask us for clarification if so required.
• If your stall sells high-risk­/alcoholic food/drinks, street foods or other concessions, skin products, or you apply products to the skin, your application will not be accepted until all your documents are in date and uploaded within your application. Upload where asked on the application form. 

Failure to provide these where applicable may mean that we cannot accept your application.   

A template risk assessment template is available in the footer of this page; it should not be sent without your changes first being made or it will be rejected. However, you can use your own risk assessment if you have previously used it successfully for other events, and it is in date.

All stallholders selling consumables must provide a bin and remove their waste items from site. We do not have the means to dispose of commercial waste. 

All pitches have a grass surface and may not be completely flat or level.  

No equipment or utilities will be provided by the festival organisers. 

Generators will only be allowed on site with prior permission.  If you have a generator you will need extra space to locate it. The booking fee is for the extra space - we do not provide a generator

Due to most of our festival costs being upfront, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation due to poor weather. or ground conditions

Generator: This fee is to reserve space, not to supply a generator. Generators will be allocated a space 

Gas Cylinders: This fee is to reserve space, not to supply a gas cylinders. Stalls with gas cylinders will require additional space and must have safety certificates and appropriate extinguishers.

Vendor categories: 

• Street food: Vendors selling freshly cooked food on the day for immediate consumption.
• Bars and drinks stalls: Traders selling alcoholic drinks for immediate consumption.
• Alcoholic drinks to consume at home - Traders selling alcoholic drinks not for immediate consumption.
• Artisan food and non-alcoholic drinks: Artisan food and drink producers e.g.Home-made Preserves, Cheeses, olives etc. Sandwiches, Cakes, Savoury snacks non-alcoholic drinks.
• Concessions - e.g. Tea, Coffee, Hot Drinks, Ice-Cream, Iced drinks. 
• General Traders – e.g. traders selling any none -artisan made products, business information stalls, promoting the business, amusements, sports
• Arts and crafts, hand made products: Small business hand made products such as bath oils, soaps etc. Face painting
• Vintage: authentic vintage clothing, accessories, and retro treasures for lovers of timeless style.
• Holistic Traders and Therapies: providing or promoting a therapy or treatment. Home Made products such as bath oils, soaps etc.  Face painting Artisan Arts and Crafts stalls
• Public Sector, Charities and Community Groups not selling products - Local Government, Local community groups, Charities, Trusts Local parks groups, Sports & Activity groups Schools, scouts, guides, further and Higher education institutions
