Details of products sold: Based in Paythorne, nr Gisburn, Lancashire, Que Fresco is a BBQ business both manufacturing quality barbecue equipment and catering using its own charcoal smokers and grills. Our hot food experience is prepared on our American style charcoal grill and smoker: • All sausages we serve are made to a special recipe using our own seasonings and it’s all gluten free. • Our pulled pork is hot smoked for 16 hours before being hand pulled and served. • We cook traditionally over charcoal to give that authentic BBQ flavour Our BBQ sauces are made by us. This means that not only can we tell our customers exactly what is in our food; we pride ourselves in catering for all customers no matter what their allergy or intolerance. Our typical hot service menu is as follows:- • Hot links (gluten free sausages) – a traditional Lancashire breakfast sausage. • Hot smoked pulled pork. Lancashire pork shoulder traditionally smoked over charcoal. • Cheeky Chilli Beef with fresh coriander. Your choice of any of the above served with crunchy coleslaw on brown, white or gluten free bread and topped off with homemade our homemade BBQ sauces. Prices: Half sub £2.50; Full sub £4.00; • Hot Smoked Salmon (supplied by Wellgate Fisheries) - wooden plank cooked and served on a bed of watercress with a tangy lemon infused crème fraiche. Price: £5.00 / portion We know that our American style barbecue and traditional charcoal cooking methods really add that extra bit of theatre and enjoyment to our street food and we hope that you agree that it will add a different dimension to your event too.
