Details of products sold: Sandy grew up in Grange-over-Sands in the lake district and recently moved across Morecambe Bay to Lancaster. Her artwork has been heavily inspired by the beauty and nature she finds around her. More recently she has been integrating fragments of her artwork into unique and unusual jewellery pieces. Skilfully weaving historic local buildings, landscapes, local wildlife and other natural resources, Sandy captures the lake district & it's surroundings to produce work that is both dreamlike & timeless. All my artwork, jewellery and greetings cards are handmade by myself. I sell large prints, small prints framed and unframed. I create handmade jewellery containing fragments of my own artwork including charm bracelets, necklaces, pendants for men and women, dangling earrings, stud earrings, pin badges and greetings cards of my artwork. I collect found objects, reclaim artefacts, buy interesting components and search the beach for driftwood and treasure to use within my artworks and jewellery. I use recycled and recyclable materials and seek out fair trade components where possible. Many of the larger jewellery pieces are unique as each is always at least a little different to the next. All can be packaged and gift wrapped for free. My artwork and jewellery has proven to be popular with all ages.
