Details of products sold: We are an artisan mobile wood fired pizza oven company who take pride and care in every step of our journey to deliver food to hungry humans. By making them fresh to order and using premium quality British and Italian ingredients throughout our menu our intention is to sell produce that is a pleasure to eat. We have found no better flavour than a pizza cooked from a wood fired oven. There has been extensive taste testing! The combination of heat, smoke and cooking time give a truly unique flavour. As a bespoke independent wood fired catering unit we believe in people over profit and have attempted to reflect this with the premium quality of our food and service. This intrinsic belief extends yet further and is shown by our commitment to paying a REAL living wage to all members of our staff. In terms of our ethical commitment to the environment we aim to source all of our wood from a sustainable source and are 100% committed to being as green as possible, whether this be making a conscious effort to recycle our goods or by ensuring that we only use recyclable consumables such as napkins, paper plates and paper bags.
