We appreciate these are very stressful and uncertain times for us all. We too face difficulties as do our event organisers, so please bear with us all whilst we address any event postponements or cancellations.
If the event you have been approved for is officially being postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19, please re-read the events trade stand terms and conditions as soon as possible. We supplied you with an attachment copy of these on your acknowledgement email when you initially applied. Please take up any refund arrangements with the organisers directly, your contract and payment for your trade stand is with the event organiser, not Event Owl. If you are refunded by the organiser and any card fee was charged, this will also be refunded to you.
If you have still to apply to an event, we would advise you to read ours and their terms and conditions before you apply.
