Start with Mild Green One for a sweet warmth, move up in heat to The Hab One, The Red One, or Red & Ginger. Jump sideways into fruitiness with The Mango One or The Ginger One. Then there’s The Odd One a hint of Smokiness. Can take the heat, go the Hot Ones, Scotch/Naga One, Naga, or Carolina Reaper. I have Limited specialized Jams The Lemon One and The Hungarian Hot Wax, both great tasting jams.
