The Eventing Spring Carnival - Thoresby Park

We look forward to welcoming you to The Eventing Spring Carnival at Thoresby Park on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March 2025. 

3 full days of equine competition, encompassing international level horse trials including the Grantham Cup - a perfect pre run to Badminton Horse Trials.  In addition there will be the shopping village, classic car show and dog shows. We aim to have something for all the family to enjoy.

We welcome both local and national brands to showcase their goods at The Eventing Spring Carnival with everything from homeware, to clothing, to furniture and more on offer, everyone can pick up a treat at Thoresby!

No Trade Stands are permitted to sell alcohol for consumption on site.  

All food traders must complete the Health and Safety questionnaire attached below and scan it with other required documents on the application form. Failure to do so will mean the application cannot be approved.

Please note payment cards will be validated at time of booking, however payment will not be taken until your application is approved.

WiFi 

WiFi is provided by a third party provider, we have kept the cost as an additional extra as we understand some companies have their own WiFi systems. Event WiFi is for taking payments ONLY

Food traders are required to pay 20% commission on gross takings throughout the 3 days. For this purpose, food traders are required to use an electronic payment terminal to record all sales and reports to be provided to event organiser at conclusion of event. BEDE Events will then issue and invoice payable within 5 days post event.
