Details of products sold: We are Regenerative Farmers, managing our land holistically using cattle and sheep to improve soil organic matter, encourage diverse insect life, vigorous plant growth and carbon capture. We do not use chemicals, drugs or fertilisers on the land and our livestock graze diverse pastures maturing slowly as nature intended. The result is outstanding produce - delicious and nutrient dense beef, lamb and eggs. To ensure full traceability at every stage we have our own Cold Store and Butchery on the farm at Acklam. We hang the meat for a minimum of 28 days before it is butchered then vac packed in compostable eco pouches.
