Details of products sold: Having grown up farming in Clitheroe we now make Biltong (South African Dried Meat) & Droewors (South Africa Dried sausage) made with 100% locally sourced British Beef using South African herbs and spices and traditional South African drying methods. After the success we had at the 2019 event we would love to attend again.
