Applying for a stall is your chance to be part of one of the West Midlands’ biggest and most joyful celebrations of LGBTQ+ pride, diversity and inclusion

  • 9:00 am – 11:00 am
    ARRIVAL AND SET UP
    SET UP is from 9:00am until 11:00am If you require to unpack items from a vehicle please note that access onto the event space is only available until 10:30am After this time no vehicles are permitted onto the event space and all vehicles are to be removed from the area by 10:30am.

    Vehicles are to be parked in the field behind the Stage area. Please take care of patrons and stick to a strict 5mph speed limit, please have either a passenger or member of the events team help to guide you to look out for any patrons on the event space. After this time we will not be able to guarantee that the pitch will still be available should the events team feel the need to alter layout so to avoid un filled gaps.
  • 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm
    Event Open
    Gates will open at 12pm, Last Entry is 5pm and the event finishes at 7pm
  • 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    PACK AWAY
    Please note vehicles will not be permitted back onto the event space until event has finished at 7:30pm and all attendees have vacated the area.

    we request all stalls are visible until at least 6pm and pack away can begin between 6pm and 7pm.

Walsall Pride Festival Traders 2026

We want to hear from Local Craft Makers, Charities, LGBT Groups, etc and Priority will be given to Walsall Postcodes 
 
Please read the notes below before applying
If your application is accepted we will get in touch with you. A deposit payment will be required and we will also need you to send us a copy of your Public Liability insurance certificate. Additional information will also be required for food stalls

STANDARD STALL DETAILS
You receive Allocated pitch from 3m x 3m (Enough room for your own gazebo) If bigger or double please advise (A 6x3 Premium will also need to be added)

Freedom to distribute literature, Fund raise** & promote your organisation all day

**Please note a street collection license must be obtained from the council if you plan to collect donations

FOOD VENDOR DETAILS
Traders from our previous event will be given priority however please leave your details and we will get in touch if we need to fill any spots

Stall Premiums

For 3m x 6m Stalls an additional Premium of £30 will apply 
 

All stalls must be visible until at least 6pm and pack away can begin between 6pm and 7pm.

Due to Health & Safety you are not permitted to bring vehicles back onto the event space until the public have left the event space. Entry in and out of the event is strictly via the main entrance only until after the event.

You will be issued with upto 4 Trader passes per Stall (Please speak to us if you require more but this will be subject to availability)
