Details of products sold: I am a new business currently in the set up stages. I have been a chocolatier and pastry chef in Michelin starred restaurants, and have moved back to my hometown of Huddersfield to start my own chocolate company. I will be handmaking ganaches, caramels, pralines available in bespoke boxes. Along with other products such as snacking bars and nibbles like chocolate dipped candied fruits, caramelised nuts, rochers and a selection of biscuits.
