Stalls and pitches - those requiring 4m x 4m pitch and above should select the 6m x 6m pitches.
Market Traders
We currently offer 3 types of pitches for market traders:
- 2m Covered Craft Barn Table Stall - using own table
- 3m x 3m Open Space Track Pitch - using own weighted gazebo or trailer (Drop & Go)
- 6m x 6m Open Space Field Pitch - using own weighted gazebo or trailer (With vehicle)
- Electricity and additional trestle tables can be ordered separately (see 'Extras' below)
Alcohol Vendors (off-sales only)
We currently offer one type of pitch for Off-sales vendors only, due to the onsite brewery:
- Licensed open space pitches are for your own 3m x 3m or 6m x 6m gazebo or trailer.
- Electricity and additional trestle tables can be ordered separately (see 'Extras' below.
- Any Alcohol sales will need you to apply for a TENS. You will need your own personal license and you will have to comply with our Challenge 25 policy.
Street Food Pitches – No Commission
(Min 4* Food Hygiene Rating required - 5* preferred)
Our definition of Street food is any food or drink that is sold with the intention of it being consumed immediately.
We have 3 options for Street food pitches:
1. Hot food
2. Ice cream & Cold Desserts
3. Vegan & Vegetarian Specialists
Please ensure a proper description is given on the application form to follow this page. To reduce landfill, we require all our street food traders to serve using re-usable, recyclable or biodegradable products. No single use plastics are permitted on site.
What happens next?
Your application will be assessed by the Woodoaks Event Team. You will receive an automated email from Event Owl acknowledging receipt of your application (if this email does not appear, please check your spam filter)
If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email via Event Owl and your payment/deposit will be processed.
Please note - Your payment will not be processed unless your application has been approved. If your application is declined your payment details will be automatically deleted.
You need to make sure that the details on this form are correct. You will not be able to make any changes to this form once it has been submitted.
Your joining instructions will be sent out to the email address on your application form a few days before the event (usually Wednesday night prior to the event). The joining instructions will include set up times, parking info, etc. If you have not received your joining instructions by the Thursday morning before the event, please get in touch.
Unfortunately any pitch fees will be non-refundable, in the unlikely event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel as H&S is imperative to our traders & public.
ALL GAZEBOS AND STALLS MUST BE WEIGHTED AND PINNED FOR SAFETY AT ALL TIMES.
