Woodoaks Farm lies just to the west of London at Maple Cross in Hertfordshire. It extends to just over 300 acres and includes arable and pastureland and around 75 acres of semi-natural woodland. As the next custodians of the farm, we are transitioning the land to organic to create a regenerative system that will support a climate-friendly future with rich biodiversity and a vibrant and dynamic sustainable food hub.
 
Help us to support a world of good health, in balance with nature and a safe climate. Where sustainable farming is valued and the food we eat is healthy. We host a wide range of events throughout the year and we would love you to join us.
 
Trading hours 10am till 4pm
 
Entry £1 for Adults - Under 12yrs Free, Car Parking £2
 
Now running monthly every 2nd Sunday from May till December 2025. 
 
We are searching for local to area Food and Drink producers, Crafters, Artists and Vintage stall holders along side our amazing resident businesses:

WOODOAKS EVENTS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NOVEMBER 2024 MARKET 

Stalls and pitches - those requiring 4m x 4m pitch and above should select the 6m x 6m pitches.

               Market Traders - Fresh Produce, Health & Wellbeing, Plants, Homemade Crafts etc. 

We currently offer 3 types of pitches for market traders:

  • 2m Craft Table Pitch - using own table
  • 3m x 3m Open Pitch - using own weighted gazebo or trailer (Drop & Go)
  • 6m x 6m Open Pitch - using own weighted gazebo or trailer (With vehicle)​

Alcohol Vendors (off-sales only)

We currently offer one type of pitch for Off-sales vendors only, due to the onsite brewery:

  • Licensed open space pitches are for your own 3m x 3m or 6m x 6m gazebo or trailer.
  • Any Alcohol sales will need you to apply for a TENS or pay an additional £20 to use our premises license. You will need your own personal license and you will have to comply with our Challenge 25 policy.

Hot Street Food Pitches – No Commission (Produce Stalls classed as Market Stalls above)

(Min 4* Food Hygiene Rating required - 5* preferred)

Our definition of Street food is any food or drink that is sold with the intention of it being consumed immediately. 

We have 3 options for Street food pitches:

1.     Hot food (No Burgers or toasties please)

2.     Vegan & Vegetarian Specialists

3.     Organic

Please ensure a proper description is given on the application form to follow this page. To reduce landfill, we require all our street food traders to serve using re-usable, recyclable or biodegradable​ products. No single use plastics are permitted on site.  

What happens next?

Your application will be assessed by the Woodoaks Event Team. You will receive an automated email from Event Owl acknowledging receipt of your application (if this email does not appear, please check your spam filter)

If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email via Event Owl and your payment/­deposit will be processed.

Please note - Your payment will not be processed unless your application has been approved. If your application is declined your payment details will be automatically deleted.  

You need to make sure that the details on this form are correct. You will not be able to make any changes to this form once it has been submitted.

Your joining instructions will be sent out to the email address on your application form a few days before the event (usually Wednesday night prior to the event). The joining instructions will include set up times, parking info, etc. If you have not received your joining instructions by the Thursday morning before the event, please get in touch.

Unfortunately any pitch fees will be non-refundable, in the unlikely event of extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel as H&S is imperative to our traders & public.

ALL GAZEBOS AND STALLS MUST BE WEIGHTED AND PINNED FOR SAFETY AT ALL TIMES.

Hygiene Certificates must be submitted upon application

· ALCOHOL STALLS

Off-Site sales only - You must submit your own TEN or pay £20 for use of our Premises License for trading on the site.
