World Food Festival is a two day family orientated food & drink festival celebrating cuisines from all around the world. This event is organized by the same production company as Taste Of The Caribbean Food & Drink Festival.

This event will be a fun filled family day of food, drink, shopping, live music and activities for the children.

We have a beautiful site located in a popular London park, with 30,000 square metres of parkland event space that can easily accommodate up to 7000 people per day with social distancing if required.

We are looking for the most unique, innovative and creative street food traders selling all types of cuisines and desserts from around the world.

We are also looking for traders selling take home produce, cakes, sauces, jams, fruit, cosmetics, clothes, arts & crafts, books, materials & fabrics, hair care, makeup + more

The event will consist of a main stage featuring some of the biggest live cover bands in the UK, cooking demonstration stage, shopping hall marquee, funfair rides, bouncy castles plus more

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT, THE PRICES BELOW ARE FOR TWO DAYS TRADING

All pitches are ground rent only and do not come with any structures unless a trader table is ordered inside the shopping hall marquee. These are suitable for new traders, traders selling a limited amount items, take home produce traders and young entrepreneurs getting started. 

We have a limited amount of pitches with electric, please add electric at the time of booking. Personal generators are not permitted on site. 

No traders can sell beverages of any kind, including smoothies, juices, slushes, water or alcoholic drinks.

Traders will need to submit a Covid 19 Policy Statement for their business/trade stand.  An example template is attached below. Please download, alter, save to your device then the application form will request this as a prerequisite document in order to process your application.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TRADERS WILL NEED PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

One day event insurance can be purchased for as cheap as £23 from:

ALL TRADERS MUST UPLOAD EITHER IMAGES OF THEIR STANDS FROM PREVIOUS EVENTS, PRODUCTS OR HAVE A SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE ACCOUNT WITH SUITABLE IMAGES ON. THIS WILL HELP WITH THE APPLICATION.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT ?

Your application will be assessed by the team. You will receive an automated email from Event Owl acknowledging receipt of your application (if this email does not appear, please check your spam filter)

If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email via Event Owl and your payment will be processed.

Please note - although you are required to submit your payment card details with your application, your payment will not actually be processed until your application has been approved.
