Details of products sold: We are Alamino's, a pop-up food stall based in Stockton-on-Tees that specialises in high quality grilled cheese toasties, made to order and perfect for event goers. We offer a choice of unique and inspired fillings, with a Mediterranean and North African influence. Our menu include options such as: - Pulled BBQ beef, extra mature cheddar and Moroccan caramelised onions - Goat Cheese, roasted peppers, black olives, harissa and beetroot jam - Brie, roasted mushrooms, Garlic butter and fig jam. We also offer gluten-free and child friendly options. Our Toasties are served with a side of homemade pink slaw, and a choice of freshly made signature dips.
