This is more than a food festival - it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and the best of local and international cuisine. It offers a fantastic opportunity to support small, independent producers and to discover unique flavours while exploring the charming town of Saltburn.

We focus on artisan producers based in the North East and are happy to support both new and established businesses. Whilst 80% of the festival is for food producers, we do include art and gift areas.The main streets in Saltburn Town Center are closed to traffic to pedestrianized them for the day, the festival is curated like a large street party with outdoor market areas, seating areas, street food areas and craft areas.

Many of the businesses in Saltburn join in with the festival, which spills onto the pavements, creating a very vibrant event. We have a strong marketing team that ensures we receive good coverage in print and online.

    TRADERS WILL BE ABLE TO START DISMANTLING STALLS AND VEHICLES MOVED ON SITE UNDER TRAFFIC MANAGMENT SUPERVISION

Alcohol traders must apply for a TEN with Redcar Cleveland Council

Food traders must supply a digital link to their Star rating

Traders using electrical or gas appliances must upload safety certificates

Traders must upload an image of their set up

 

An optional deposit scheme is available until 1st April, of 50%. Please tick this option at checkout. The initial payment will be taken upon approval and the balance due on 1st May. No stall is secured until both payments have been paid.

Use this package to purchase Space directly in front of your business. if you choose this package you can trade outside as a part of the festival selling food and drink to the general public within the licenced road closure on festival day. you will need your own TEN from the local authority if selling any alcohol.
