The following are typically brought to every event | Vegan Mushroom & Spinach | Moroccan Veggie | Salmon & Cream Cheese | Beef, Cabbage & Onion | Triple Cheese | Chicken, Cranberry & Walnut | Creamy Mushroom. Most of our “Bree’Osh” are vegetarian or vegan. We often bring most of the following: Norwegian Stuffed Potato Patties (Fylte Poteter Frikadeller). These are Potato Cakes - inside is a savoury filling such as cheese or mushroom (vegan) or beef Salads based on traditional Finnish recipes - like Mermaid Delight, Spicy Carrot, Sauerkraut and Winter Salad Desserts popular across the Slavic countries - including Honey Cake, Fruit, jam & walnut Tart & Scandi-style Baked va Slavic Rye and Coriander Bread - 1st became popular from around 1812 - not available from any other bakery in the U.K. Swedish Stuffed Peppers (Fyllda Paprikor)- a beef-filled version and the most popular - a veggie-filled one.
