you can embed our booking form into a new webpage on your website or send your potential exhibs to us via a link.
you need to set up a Stripe account (the link is on your main Profile Page, click on your name top right corner) to enable you to receive any payments. Stripe is one of the worlds leading financial alternatives, it is very secure and provides a superb array of additional services. You will have a full dashboard in Stripe where you can not only review all the payment transactions, which go straight into your bank account account, but the system provides a very simple refunding tool.
You can opt to absorb both the Event Owl Administration fee and card procesing fee which will significantly benefit your exhibitors and improve the selling of your pitches via Event Owl, this is highly recommended.
As you might appreciate, any software system works on a progressional development basis due to any new task possibly affecting other tasks within the system. If you have a specific need, which we do not currently offer, DO NOT DESPAIR. Simply let us know what you need. If we can do this without interferring with other processes we shall endeavour to provide a solution as quickly as we can, if the request does interfer we may need to look more closely and add this at a later date.
