Traditional agricultural show attracting visitors from the surrounding conurbation of Stoke on Trent and the Staffordshire Moorlands.  The Leek show has been a regular fixture for over sixty years. It moved onto its present location at Dunwood Fields in 2022 enabling greater scope with three show rings and facilities to present a variety of attractions.

To allow the Organising Team more time to plan this fantastic event, we have set up an online application system, taking card payments and only upon approval (similar to banking a cheque).

Please register with Event Owl and read the user guide if you are not familiar with the system. Then complete the online application form. You will be required to upload your Risk Assessment form (PDF, MS Doc accepted), your current Public Liability insurance documents, and electrical testing certificates, if applicable, in order to pass through checkout.
 
If you are a caterer, you should upload all safety documents (e.g. Food Hygiene Cert, Trailer Cert, Gas, etc.). Failure to provide any of the above will result in your application being rejected.
 
The completion of this Application Form does not guarantee a trade stand, as the Committee may limit the number of exhibitors and/or stalls that sell the same products.
 
Closing date for applications is the 29th June 2024 in order to finalise the site layout plan
 
Booking your stand space/frontage.

General Trade Stalls - There are three sizes of external pitch units available;

  • Premium frontage 5m  x 10m deep, alongside the show rings and facing wide pedestrian avenues.
  • Standard frontage 5m x 8m deep adjacent to Marquees and static equipment displays. 
  • Traders can otherwise can book 4m frontage x 8m deep pitches, which will be in avenues within the vicinity of the other trading marquees.

Charity stalls - all pitch sizes are sold in units. One unit - 4m frontage x 8m deep.

Street Foods and concessions - all pitch sizes are sold in units. One unit - 4m frontage x 8m deep.

Electricity - The Show does not supply electricity to any Trade Stand.

 
Vehicles and Entrance Passes
 
Pitch fee includes one vehicle and driver pass, plus one extra entrance ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased with your Order/­Application.
 
Payment
Your payment card must be presented at checkout where it will be verified for the potential future payment. The amount must be available in your bank. Follow the instructions on the checkout windows. Those with accounting departments, please contact info@­eventowl.­co.­uk who will advise on Pro-forma invoices. Payment will be charged to your card and a receipt provided in your dashboard only if you are approved.
You will receive emailed status updates from accounts@ and info@ eventowl.co.uk please keep an eye out for these emails.
