Join us in the picturesque Ashton Gardens for the 102nd St Anne's town carnival. Each year we welcome approximately 10,000 visitors to the town over the weekend. We are searching for local to area stallholders of arts, crafts, food, drink and other suitable family-friendly stalls in the main centre of activity, Ashton Gardens. 

Friday 28th June 2024 - 7pm to 10pm

St Anne's carnival weekend begins with a concert in the gardens showcasing local talent with headliners, the shivers and our ever popular fairground.

Saturday 29th June 2024 - 10.30am to 10pm

Saturday morning begins with our community parade at 10.30am which winds its way through the main streets of St Anne’s before finishing at Ashton Gardens.

In the afternoon, the Carnival Queen will be crowned in the main arena and then a full programme of entertainment.

Saturday evening's concert in the gardens will feature local talent, followed by the headline act, The Casinos until 10pm.

Sunday 30th June 2024 11.00am to 4.30pm

Sunday is our community/­family day which begins with fun dog competitions, children's games and then an afternoon of varied entertainment for all the family, concluding around 4.30pm.

Street Foods and Alcohol Traders are classed as those selling main course styled hot and cold foods, and alcoholic drinks for immediate consumption. To reduce landfill, we require all our street food traders to serve using re-usable, recyclable or biodegradable​ products. No single use plastics are permitted.

Community Groups / Charities (with sales) - The event already has nominated charities including Rosemere, Homestart, Homeless Hounds and the Rotary Club. A pitch fee is applied to all other charities and final approval from the committee will be required. £100

No bookings for individual days will be discussed.

Site security will be in place from Friday evening, we also have CCTV in the gardens.

We suggest marquee traders bring a sack trolley as our location is inaccessible by vehicle to the front of food and drink producer pitches.

No vehicles can leave the site once in situ and­/or until all visitors have left the site circa 11pm each day, to this effect we suggest you bring a separate vehicle for travel to and from the site.

Approved alcohol traders will be required to seek a TENs License from Fylde Council if approved.

Potable water, WC's are all on-site. Wi-fi/Mobile signal available. Fylde Council EH Team will be on site at various points, please ensure you bring a copy of all your paperwork.

ATM's are not on site but the town is within a minutes walk.

Access to the Town Council non-public toilet and kitchen facilities are available to all traders.
