Crowds will be flocking to Ashton Gardens in St. Anne’s on the Sea for this late August Bank Holiday music and family event. St. Anne's-on-the-Sea Town Council are known for hosting excellent community events which attracts thousands of locals and visitors to the town. Set in the picturesque Ashton Gardens, the event runs from 12.00pm to 8.00pm daily from Friday 22nd August 2025 to Monday 25th August.
This is a community event with a free program of musical entertainment (with local and regional acts), the headliners are Friday: Foo Fighters tribute, Saturday: SkaFace, Sunday: Duran Duran tribute, Monday: Eagles tribute.including 4 days of free family activities on the opposite adjacent side of the gardens called the Fantasy Fayre. The Fantasy Fayre is targeted for Families to enjoy and we expect a significant increase in footfall traffic to the event. Stalls and food/beverage vehicles will also be on site.
The main Music Stage and Fantasy Fayre will be housed inside two marquees measuring 15m x 30m. A third music stage will be located at the Pavilion Café on Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Plus, a fourth music stage located in St. Anne’s Square.
For vendors and artists, the Town Council is providing access to its kitchen and non-public toilet.

Note: All bookings will be arranged on a individual basis through the Town Council.
Vendors currently approved include Pizza Vantastic, Dara's Dhaba American, MAB Greek Station, Top Dog CaterKing (Chips/Pies/Peas).
Alcohol Vendors have already been approved and established. No more pitches are available.
All Foods and Alcohol Traders are classed as those selling main course styled hot and cold foods, and alcoholic drinks for immediate consumption.

Single Gazebo Pitch Only or All in one Vehicle (we will need dimensions please). All positions are on walkway up to and around the Cenotaph.
FRI/SAT/SUN/MON: £600
Bookings for individual days - n/a This is a four day event and as such ALL traders are expected to work the full event.
Site security will be in place from Friday evening, we also have CCTV in the gardens.
No vehicles can leave the site once in situ and/or until all visitors have left the site circa 9pm each day, to this effect we suggest you bring a separate vehicle for travel to and from the site.
Approved alcohol traders will be required to seek a TENs License from Fylde Council if approved.
Potable water, WC's are all on-site. Fylde Council EH Team will be on site at various points please ensure you bring a copy of all your paperwork.

ATM's are not on site but the town center is within a short walk away.
Access to the Town Council non-public toilet and kitchen facilities are available to all traders.
