Terms and Conditions
Both our terms, and the organisers terms are within the application form area for you to read and check off, before you apply for a trade stand.
If you accept and tick those check boxes on the trade stand application form, both ourselves and the organiser will have deemed you to have read these and agree to them. Upon receipt of your application Event Owl automatically sends, via email, a copy of the terms and conditions of the event organiser concerned.
If you decide to book a stand knowing, via our Application Form, they have no cancellation policy, this is at your own risk.
Your contract for a stand/space/pitch and other exhibitor package order is with the organiser, not Event Owl. If you encounter any issues before, during or after the event these must be taken up with the organiser.
