Do you use an an accounting software package?  If so you can download your Stripe CSV into Sage, Xero and Quickbooks.

In addition Stripe offers direct input into several data fields for Quickbooks desktop version, click here for more infomation their online version requires an integration called Sigma.

Sage and Xero Clients are advised to contact their provider for the appropriate adice on how to set this up.
